Our sustainable choices
The dishes prepared by our professional chefs are proof of our respect for ingredients and ambitious approach to preparing food. All our dishes are made using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Our meat and fish menu items use exclusively Finnish red meat and chicken, along with sustainably caught fish. When buying ingredients, we always look to Finnish produce first and European produce second. We favour producers who make sustainability data for their entire production chain as transparently available as possible. Organic and seasonal vegetables also play a large role in our food.
Vegetarian dishes are the stars of our menus. When you dine with us, your special dietary needs or allergies won’t mean compromising on the deliciousness of your meal. We aim to be entirely carbon-neutral by the end of 2025.
